How it's made

  1. Pick the clip

A short viral clip, 4-30 s, with one clear person to replace. Here: the dancing general. The face should be visible in a few shots, a back view is fine too.

  2. Add the photo

Open AI Bloggers → Miracle, upload the clip and one sharp front photo of the new face.

  3. Analyse

Miracle finds the people in the clip (free). Mark only the general, leave the guests as they are. The uniform stays.

  4. Run on Seedance

One pass keeps the face the same in every shot. 9 seconds cost 92 credits.

  5. Upscale

Upscale the approved take to 1440p (25 credits). Upscale the take you like, do not re-generate it.
